At Sanford Temperature Control we strive to thrill our customers with our outstanding service. We care about our customers, and here are some of the ways we show it.
1. Real humans answering the phone. It’s maddening to reach someone's answering machine when you have an emergency. You begin to think - how long will it take for someone to call back? Should I leave a message or call someone else? That’s why our customer service representatives answer the phone during normal working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. And should you reach our answering service after hours, you’re still talking to a person, not a machine…and you’ll receive a return phone call as soon as we get your message regarding your emergency situation.
2. Polite, professional customer service representatives. Ever get the feeling that the voice on the other end of the phone thinks s/he is doing you a favor by listening to your troubles? Ever get into an argument with someone you're trying to give your business to? When you call us, you’ll be treated with respect and courtesy each and every time.
3. Convenient scheduling. Today, most households have two wage earners. That means it’s more important than ever that we schedule service at your convenience. We’ll pinpoint the time of arrival as closely as possible, and we’ll call if we’re going to be delayed by more than an hour.
4. Respect for your property. Sanford pays respect to our customers by keeping our vehicles and equipment clean and enforcing rigid personal appearance codes for field employees. Likewise, our service technicians are instructed to leave each job as clean as it was when they arrived - They even wear shoe covers and use drop cloths to further protect your home.
5. Continuing education and certification. Technological advances and environmental regulations continue to make our job more and more demanding. That's why all our employees, not just the HVAC technicians, frequently undergo company-paid training.
6. Complaints handled promptly and courteously. No matter how hard we try, we make mistakes. Everyone does. While we always attempt to minimize or eliminate them entirely, we think it’s just as important how we handle mistakes when they arise. That means we’ll listen and not argue with you or become defensive. Even if you’re expressing anger, we pledge to remain polite. And once we agree on what needs to be done, we’ll come back to your home to fix the mistake promptly.
