On a weekend evening when the temp. was dipping to 10 degrees. My newly purchased 100 year old $ trap of a house decided to have the furnace conk out!! I called the company who actually installed the gas furnace that heats this big 4 tenant apartment house. He knows the house inside and out and is always available for emergency service! Well, on 1-9-10 he couldn't be bothered to even check to see what the problem was!! NICE! He suggested that I call the gas company - I did! If there isn't a a gas leak they won't bother either! Now what? Yellow pages!! There was only one listing with 24 hr. service and that was yours - SANFORD! I knew the name from living in Greenfield for 17 years on Slip Rd. I honestly didn't think that you would service a house in Nashua: especially on a Saturday night! Thank God You Did!
Your technician called me after I spoke with one of the office girls and he said he would be by the house within the hour!! WOW - WHAT GREAT SERVICE!! Within three hours the heat was up and running! The service technician even put on booties so he wouldn't get the house dirty! I was very impressed!! He was also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
I just wanted to thank you and your efficient staff for all their help in our dire time of need!! I will definitely spread the good word!!
