I had several bids from various heating/air-conditioning contractors. Mr. Sanford is the only one who provided me an accurate bid of what he was going to do, which model, and the cost of the equipment he planned to use. There were no surprises. His people arrived when they said they would and performed their work in a highly professional manner. Mr. Sanford worked at both of my commercial buildings and my home. He has completed six different installations: two gas furnaces in apartments, a complete HVAC system in an ice cream shop, incorporated an air conditioner in an existing furnace, replaced a gas furnace in my home and installed a ventless gas log system in my fireplace. Mr. Sanford and his crew are a rarity among contractors and I plan to use their services in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone who requires this type of service.
